The room here was really spacious, featuring a jacuzzi bath and a shower cabin. the staff were fantastic, always kind and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. 😊.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving us a relaxing and comfortable stay. The food for all meals was delicious and satisfying, keeping our taste buds happy throughout our stay. The spa facilities were top-notch, with an extensive range of treatments available, and the Balinese massages were absolutely amazing. Despite being located far from downtown, the peaceful and green surroundings created a serene atmosphere. The stable internet connection was a big plus, and the hotel provided ample car park space. Though the breakfast was not perfect, it was acceptable and provided a decent start to the day. We highly recommend a visit to the excellent spa facilities, which offered great value for money. The minibar prices were surprisingly affordable, and our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the safe and tranquil gardens. The hotel's location was fantastic, with the lovely village of Novo Selo just a short 5-minute drive away. Additionally, Stara Zagora, which should not be missed, was only about a 10-minute drive away. we had a wonderful and relaxing time at this lovely and comfortable hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the excellent spa facilities and the great price for our stay. The hotel's comfortable rooms and easy-to-find location were perfect for visiting nearby attractions. The tranquil and safe gardens, along with the pool, provided a fun and relaxing experience for our children. The food in the restaurant was fresh, tasty, and sourced locally. The SPA facilities were excellent - big pool, saunas, jacuzzi. Beautiful surroundings with lush trees and flowers. Spacious and quiet room. Wonderful spa experience.

Can't fault the hotel.

During my stay at Spa Hotel Calista, I was impressed by the modern and comfortable beautiful rooms. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, with beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel, creating a calming and refreshing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the delicious food from the a la carte menu at the restaurant. the spa facilities were clean and inviting, providing a soothing experience.

While there were many positive aspects of my stay, I did notice a few drawbacks. The standard double rooms felt outdated and the beds were small and uncomfortable.

Enjoyed the on-site spa treatments and pool with hydro massage zones. the hotel's location amongst natural hot springs and beautiful parks was a definite plus and gave a unique feel. the friendly and helpful spa staff added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The high prices charged for the rooms and the restaurant menu were unreasonable, and the quality of some foods, such as the juices served during breakfast, was not as expected. the hotel staff at times were unresponsive and some key amenities, like air conditioning, were not properly maintained.
